One Thousand Museum is the vision of architect Zaha Hadid and is being developed in part by Gregg Covin Development. As her first skyscraper to grace the Western Hemisphere, One Thousand Museum will make one impressive statement in Miami. The building appears as a continuous piece of contemporary sculpture from the podium to the crown. The sensuous curves of its' structural exoskeleton reflect the internal organization of the tower as is rises over 60 floors from the arrival podium to a dramatic double-height amenity space as its' crown. Inside, the tower is composed of distinct residential zones, duplex town homes, half floor residences, full floor penthouses and a duplex penthouse. Standing at over 60 floors with a proposed heli-pad on the roof, the luxury condo building will be home to just 83 units. Units will range in size from over 4,000 sq/ft to over 11,000 sq.ft.
Every residence at One Thousand Museum features breathtaking views that unfold over the green landscaped contemporary architecture of Miami’s Museum Park to the cobalt blue waters of Biscayne Bay, South Beach and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Overlooking the Port of Miami, residents of One Thousand Museum will also enjoy the parade of cruise ships embarking to sea.
Building amenities will include private elevators, media rooms, spa, multiple pools, cabanas, event spaces and a screening room to name a few. One Thousand Museum is located adjacent to the newly developed Museum Park on Biscayne Bay and steps away from the Adrienne Arsht Center as well as the American Airlines Arena.
